Compliance

Iberfrasa’s Compliance Programme establishes the corporate values that are translated into policies and procedures that establish the way we do business and interact with the environment around us. The Board of Directors of Iberfrasa supervises the Compliance Programme, delegating the daily management of this function to the Compliance Committee, led by the Compliance Director. Iberfrasa periodically carries out a risk assessment of all the Group’s activities and the results of this risk assessment are presented to the Board of Directors. The Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is the core of the Compliance Programme and is based on tangible policies and procedures.
